The Person Behind Haddon HR
I have spent years in the thick of people challenges, managing recruitment for national contracts, guiding teams through performance issues and restructures, and handling everything in between.
Before launching Haddon HR, I led the HR function for two growing businesses, taking one from 20 to 100+ employees through rapid growth and acquisition. I was the first point of contact for everything people-related: onboarding, disciplinaries, strategic planning, compliance - if it involved people, it landed on my desk. I am now CIPD Level 5 qualified, bringing professional standards.
The truth is, I have been doing HR long before it was ever my official job title. In every leadership and operational role I have held, people management and support have always been at the centre. I understand how people think and behave, and I know how quickly things can spiral when the right guidance is not in place.
That is why my approach is clear, structured and legally sound - so you can manage with confidence instead of second-guessing every decision.
I do not believe in off-the-shelf advice or drowning business owners in jargon. I believe in solid processes, straightforward support and helping leaders do things properly, without all the unnecessary noise.
